Refund Terms

The Short Version

  • ✅ Who’s covered: Individual, self-funded participants.

  • ⏱️ When to claim: Up to the end of Day 1 (local time for the delivery).

  • 🧭 What we ask: Attend Day 1 and do the short exercises—tell us by email before Day 2 starts.

  • 💸 What you get: 100% of the tuition paid back to your original payment method (processing/bank fees outside our control may not be returned by the provider).

  • 🧾 How to claim: Email refunds@darwishpm.com with your Order ID and “Guarantee” in the subject.

The Detailed Version

1) Scope of the Guarantee

This guarantee applies to live, 2-day Project Management training delivered by Darwish PM (darwishpm.com), purchased directly through our site.

  • Included: Live sessions on the scheduled dates, accompanying handouts, and exercises.

  • Not included: Travel/accommodation, 3rd-party tools, exam fees, or any services/products from other providers.

2) Who Is Eligible

  • Eligible: Individuals paying for themselves (1 seat per person).

  • Not eligible by default (see §7 Credits): Company-funded enrollments, group/bulk purchases, private/onsite cohorts, or anyone who has previously used this guarantee in the last 24 months.

3) What You Need to Do (Fair-Use)

To qualify, please:

  1. Attend Day 1 (in-person roll call or online attendance log).

  2. Participate in the Day-1 activities (the quick exercises/workshops).

  3. If you feel it’s not a fit, email us before Day 2 begins at refunds@darwishpm.com with subject “Guarantee Refund – [Your Order ID]” and one-line feedback (optional but appreciated).

We don’t interrogate your reasons; we just need to confirm attendance and timing.

4) Deadline to Claim

  • Your request must arrive no later than the published start time of Day 2 (course local time).

  • Requests after Day 2 starts (or no-shows on Day 1) don’t qualify under the guarantee.

5) What You Receive

  • 100% refund of the tuition you paid to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

  • If the payment processor (e.g., bank, PayPal) withholds non-recoverable processing or currency-conversion fees, those amounts may not be refundable by us. We never add our own deductions.

6) What Happens After a Refund

  • Certificate & PDUs: Not issued for refunded enrollments.

  • Materials & Access: Please delete copies of course files or links provided; any portal access will be revoked.

7) Company-Funded Seats (Credit Option)

For employer-funded or group enrollments, the guarantee becomes a Credit or Transfer:

  • You may transfer to a later public date or assign your seat to a colleague, once, at no charge, if you tell us before Day 2.

  • If your company requires a refund, it follows your company’s contract/SOW terms rather than this guarantee.

8) Reschedules, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Reschedule (you): Tell us ≥ 48 hours before Day 1 to move to another date for free (once).

  • No-show / < 48 hours notice: Not covered by this guarantee; we’ll try to place you on a later date at a rebooking fee of 25% of tuition (to cover venue/ops costs).

  • Trainer reschedule (us): If we must reschedule, you may move to a new date or receive a full refund.

9) Behavior & Integrity

We reserve the right to deny the guarantee if a participant:

  • Violates our Code of Conduct, disrupts the class, or shares materials publicly; or

  • Attempts to repeatedly use the guarantee to access training for free.

10) How to Submit a Claim (copy-paste template)

11) Processing & Timelines

  • We aim to confirm eligibility within 2 business days and pay within 7 business days after approval.

  • Your bank/processor may take additional time to post funds; foreign exchange differences are outside our control.

12) Jurisdiction & Updates

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • We may update these terms for future cohorts; the version published at your time of purchase applies to you.
